When does the 5 working day clock start?
Once we've received all the information, assets and access we need from you. The timeframe covers the whole package, not five days per service.
What do I need to provide?
After purchase, complete the welcome form with your business details, services, contact information, branding preferences and any photos you'd like used. Account access is arranged separately. Please never send passwords or login codes in the form.
How many revisions do I get?
Two revision rounds for the website and branding, and one revision round for the three launch posts. A round is one consolidated list of changes.
Who owns my accounts?
You do. Your Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile and Stripe accounts remain yours and in your control. Picor never owns or holds your funds.
What if Google or Stripe approval takes longer?
Google verification and approval and Stripe account approval are controlled by those companies and may take longer than five working days. We can't guarantee their timings, approval or search rankings.
Are there any ongoing fees or renewals?
The £429 is a one time payment for the setup work. Domain and hosting are provided according to the agreed package terms, and any renewal costs after that period will be explained to you clearly. Third-party fees, such as Stripe's transaction fees, are set by those providers.
Is social media management included?
No. This is initial setup plus three launch posts to get you started. The AI Prompter PDF helps you keep creating consistent content yourself.
Do you guarantee leads or Google rankings?
No. We build solid foundations, but nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, leads or visibility in search or AI tools.
